This years Halloween Horrors will look to follow on from the monstrous success of last years show. Over 6000 visitors to the old caves made last year the most successful Halloween Horrors to date and the plans for this years show will make it bigger, better and scarier than ever!

The theme this year is Carnival so expect to see all manner of freaks and performers keeping you company on your tour.

For all you first time visitors, Halloween Horrors is an interactive horror show that takes place underground in the caves of Fort Amherst in Chatham Kent. Street Performers will entertain you as you wait to go in.......

Inside, your guide will lead you through the sometimes dark caves where our performers will be waiting.....

The show does have a strong horror theme. It is suitable for families although we do recommend parental discretion. Under 16's have to be accompanied by an adult (21 over).

Important Safety Information:

This show uses special fx lighting and fog, intense sound and trained performers specifically designed to scare you. It is recommended you do not attend if you are pregnant, have sensitivity to distorting lights or have a heart or other medical condition that increases health risk. Fort Amherst caves have uneven flooring and use is made of outside areas, therefore we recommend you wear appropriate footwear.We will have a security team on site during the event in our grounds and tunnels And an ambulance / qualified medical staff also stationed on site during this event.

Directions:

Chatham is signposted off the A2, M2 and M20. Fort Amherst is located on the A231 close to the centre of Chatham. Please park in the sign posted car parks in Chatham town centre. There is no on site parking.

Tickets can be booked with Credit/Debit cards, cheque or cash (weekends only) we accept all major cards except American Express. Please note. There will be a 2.5% surcharge per transaction for booking with a credit card There is no limit on how many tickets you may purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges once tickets are issued, and lost tickets cannot be re-issued. Proof of age may be required when booking/collecting tickets. If proof of age is required photo id will be the only id accepted.
